Select Layers

Clicking Select Layers disables Snap to Entity Point , enables Select Entity and replaces the popup menu. When an entity is selected, right clicking displays the popup menu. The menu has thirteen item

Clicking Select Layers Select Layers disables Snap to Entity Point, enables Select Entity and replaces the popup menu. When an entity is selected, right clicking displays the popup menu.

Drawing Popup Layers Menu

The menu has thirteen items:

    • Hide Other Layers - all layers except the layer containing the selected entity will be hidden.
    • Hide Layer - the layer containing the selected entity will be hidden.
    • Show All - all layers will be shown.
    • Freeze Other Layers - all layers except the layer containing the selected entity will be frozen. (CAD Only)
    • Freeze Layer - the layer containing the selected entity will be frozen. (CAD Only)
    • Thaw All Layers - all layers will be unfrozen. (CAD Only)
    • Add Layer to Display List - SiteWorx/OS maintains a list of layers. When Select Layers is pressed, the list is cleared. Clicking this item will add the layer containing the selected entity to the list.
    • Clear Display List - clears the display list.
    • Show Display List - the layers in the display list will be shown. All other layers will be hidden.
    • Hide Display List - the layers in the display list will be hidden. All other layers will be shown.
    • Thaw Display List - the layers in the display list will be unfrozen. All other layers will be frozen. (CAD Only)
    • Freeze Display List - the layers in the display list will be frozen. All other layers will be unfrozen. (CAD Only)
    • Cancel - resets Select Layers and returns to normal operation.

When finished selecting layers, click the Cancel item on the popup menu, or click the Select Layers button on the CAD or Vector PDF toolbar. Snap to Entity Point and Select Entity will return to their original states.
