The Rubber band is a line that stretches from the last point to the current pointer location. For areas, there are two rubberbands, one from the last point and one to the first point. It is used to preview the next line. When enabled, the Rubber band is visible when digitizing all takeoff objects, except point elevations. It is only visible after the first point is entered.
The thickness of the rubberband can be set from the Options/Setup menu. It can range from 1 to 3.
The defaults are Enabled and 1.
