    Open the session URLGo to assist.dualmon.com/Vertigraph. The page downloads a tiny helper that runs once and removes itself.

    Enter the code we provideThe engineer reads you a short code over the phone. You enter it and the session starts with you still driving.
  4. 4
    End when you're unstuckClose the helper window and the session ends. No persistent access — we can't reconnect without another code from you.

BidPoint XL (digitizer takeoff for paper plans) is no longer sold for new installations. Existing customers can keep running their installed version; for on-screen takeoff from PDF and DWG, move to BidScreen XL.
