It keeps the software supported and updated and gives you unlimited phone and email support, scheduled web based training, and every release we ship. Year 1 is included with every license purchase; leases bundle Full Serve for the lease term.

Year 1 is included with every license purchase and bundled into the lease term. License customers see the first Full Serve invoice on the year 2 anniversary; without an active Full Serve the software stops working until you renew. The new rate applies only to products purchased on or after June 1, 2026; anyone who buys before that date keeps the current rate at renewal.
