Siteworx/OS maintains decimal place settings for use in reports and screen displays. Settings are kept for lengths, areas and volumes.
If Automatic is selected, the program uses one decimal place to display areas and volumes. It uses two decimal places to display lengths in feet and meters, and no decimal places to display lengths in millimeters.
If Automatic is not selected the number of decimal places to display can be manually set for lengths(shown), areas and volumes. Lengths can range from 0 to 3 decimals. Areas and volumes from 0 to 2 decimals.
Note: The decimal place settings do not affect the storing of takeoff data. Data is stored as a double precision floating point number with 15 digits.
