Hide Empty Layers

When this option on (checked) the Layer List and Layers Dialog will not show layers with no entities. Multipage Vector PDF files list all the layers on all the pages. The layers on pages not showing a

When this option on (checked) the Layer List and Layers Dialog will not show layers with no entities. Multipage Vector PDF files list all the layers on all the pages. The layers on pages not showing are empty. CAD files are very often are created from a master template and contain many layers with no entities.

SiteWorx/OS V8 treated PDF files as if the option was on. It treated CAD files as if the option was off.

The default value for this option is on.

The examples below use the distributed Top of Curb Multipage.pdf file. Page 1 of the file is displayed.

With Hide Empty Layers, the Layer List looks like this:
