dlg Export SurfaceSiteWorx/OS can export either existing or proposed elevations in a CSV format or as a DWG file. Additionally, the elevations can be before or after topsoil strip or respread.

When exporting to a CSV file, the field order is ID, Northing, Easting, Elevation and Tag. Each output point corresponding to the northwest corner of a grid will have a tag indicating the grid location. All points output are inside the project boundary. Select the desired field and decimal delimiters.

When exporting to a DWG file, all the points will be placed on a layer named Proposed Points or Existing Points, depending on the export selected. All points output are inside the project boundary. Additionally, the project boundary will be exported on a layer called "Project Boundary."

SiteWorx/OS is capable of outputting multiple points per grid, based on the resolution setting. Higher resolutions are capable of outputting more points per grid.

Prior to exporting, Reference Point 1 must be defined. This point defines the GPS Northing and Easting of a point on the drawing. Additionally, Reference Point 2 or the North/South line must be defined. This allows scaling and rotation of the surface points to the GPS coordinates.
