Care must be taken when a drawing has closely spaced contour lines. First it is important to make sure the grid size and resolution are fine enough to distinguish the contour lines. The calculation resolution is shown on the Calculation tab. The resolution should be at most half the distance between the contour lines.
Elevations are processed into the surface model in the order taken off. The last taken off will override earlier elevations. When taking off closely spaced contour lines it is best to start in the middle and work out to the edges of the group alternating sides. In the example above, the lines should be taken off in this order: 727, 726, 728, 725, 729.
