Soil Type Entry

There are three ways to enter or select a soil type. When the cursor or mouse pointer is placed on the Soil Type field, the field changes to a combo box.

• Clicking on the button at the right of the combo box drops down a list of soil type. Simply click on the desired type.

• Alternately, type in the first few letters of the soil type and the matching soil type will appear in the combo box. If there is no match, complete the soil type and it will be added to the list.

Finally, double clicking on the combo will display the Soil Type Lookup dialog. Select a soil type from the list and press OK.
