This displays the factor for the selected scale. For CAD drawings, factors are defined as follows: English units: the factor is 100 times number of feet per scale unit. Metric units: the factor is app
This displays the factor for the selected scale. For CAD drawings, factors are defined as follows:
- English units: the factor is 100 times number of feet per scale unit.
- Metric units: the factor is approximately 328 times the number of meters per scale unit.
For other drawings, factors are defined as follows: - English units and Architectural scale: the factor is the number of scale units per foot. For example the factor for 1/8" scale is 96.
- English units and Engineering scale: the factor is the then number of feet represented by one inch on the drawing. For example the factor for a 1:25 scale is 300.
- Metric units: the factor is the number of meters represented by one meter on the drawing. For example the factor for a 1:500 scale is 500.
