There is one setup setting that affects the way BidScreen XL operates when this button is pressed; Accept Multiple Drawings.
If Accept Multiple Drawings is not enabled, the drawings are loaded without displaying them in the takeoff window. There is no possibility of rotating or de-skewing the drawing.
If this setting is enabled, BidScreen XL operates as follows.
After the Files button is pressed, each drawing of the selected file type in the current folder will be displayed in the takeoff window. At this time the drawing can be rotated and de-skewed. The changed drawing can be saved. To accept the drawing for use, press the green check mark button.
To discard the drawing, press the red X button. 
Pressing this Cancel button does not stop the opening of files, it simply skips the rejected file.
If the drawing is accepted, it now be added to the drawing list and can be selected using either the drawing list or the select drawing button on the BidScreen XL Toolbar. The drawing will have to be scaled before use.
During the above process, a progress dialog is shown.
Pressing the Cancel button
on this dialog will stop further loading of drawings. Any drawings already loaded will remain in the list.
