Snap Angle

Snap angle forces all lines to be drawn on a multiple of the angle selected. For example, if 45 is selected, lines can only be drawn at 0, 45, 90, 135, 180, 225, 270, 315 degree angles from the previo

Snap angle forces all lines to be drawn on a multiple of the angle selected. For example, if 45 is selected, lines can only be drawn at 0, 45, 90, 135, 180, 225, 270, 315 degree angles from the previous point. While moving the cursor, the rubber band indicates the line that will be drawn.

The snap angle can be selected from the options menu,

or the version 5 toolbar.

Note: When working with CAD drawings Snap Angle is disabled if Snap to Object is selected.
