Length Rounding and Round Up
Bidscreen XL can round length takeoffs using selected unit lengths. For measurements using English scales, the available unit lengths are 3", 4", 6", 8" and 1'. For metric measurements, the available
Bidscreen XL can round length takeoffs using selected unit lengths. For measurements using English scales, the available unit lengths are 3", 4", 6", 8" and 1'. For metric measurements, the available lengths are 1cm, 10cm, 50cm and 1m.
If Round Up is checked, then all measurements are rounded up. For example using a unit length of 6", a measurement of 3' 2" would normally round to 3'. If Round Up is checked then it would round to 3' 6".
The length used as a unit for rounding and round up can be selected from the options menu,
the classic toolbar,
or the version 5 toolbar.
