What does Full Serve cover?

Full Serve is Vertigraph's required annual maintenance fee. It covers unlimited phone and email support, scheduled web-based training, and every software update we ship. $199 per license per year. Year 1 is included with every license purchase and bundled into every subscription; from year 2 onward an active Full Serve is required to keep the software running.
