- How do I size the pool for my team?
- Count how many estimators are typically in BidScreen XL or SiteWorx/OS at the same time, not your total estimating headcount. Most five to six person teams need three or four seats. Larger crews scale linearly. We'll size it with you on a quote call.
- Can I add seats later?
- Yes. Additional installs are sold per seat per year. Add or remove them at renewal. We'll never lock you into a seat count.
- What happens if more estimators want to use the software than seats available?
- Whoever opens the software next gets a 'pool full' message and has to wait for a seat to free up. In practice this almost never happens once the pool is sized to your real concurrent usage.
- Does each seat come with Full Serve?
- Yes. Full Serve is bundled on every concurrent seat, base or additional. You get unlimited support and updates across the entire pool.
- What infrastructure do I need?
- A Windows machine on your network running the License Manager service. No new hardware, no cloud subscription. Workstations on the same network check out seats automatically.
- Can I mix BidScreen XL and SiteWorx/OS in one pool?
- License pools are per product. A team running both products keeps two pools, one for each. Pricing is independent.
