Changed Drawings
When a drawing is changed during the open process, the drawing may be saved with the changes. The drawing will then load faster on subsequent use. This option takes one of three values: Always Save -

- Always Save - the Save As dialog is always displayed.
- Prompt to Save - a dialog is displayed asking whether or not to save the drawing.
- Never Save - the drawing is never saved, the original will always be used.
The default setting for this option is Prompt to Save. The recommended setting for this option is Prompt to Save.
