A SiteWorx/OS lease is $1,499 a year, every year, and at the end of it you own nothing. Three years of lease payments come to $4,497, within a few dollars of the permanent price. Year four onward, the lease keeps billing and the permanent license is already paid for.
What the permanent license buys is a number that never moves. No price increases, no lapsed renewal that stops the software, no line item to re-approve every year.

Is this the full SiteWorx/OS?
Yes. Same installer, same features: existing and proposed surfaces from PDF, DWG, or DXF, cut, fill, sub-grade, trench and topsoil volumes, shrink and swell, reports and exports. The only thing that differs is the license terms.Can I move it to a new computer?
Yes. It is a single-machine license, so it runs on one computer at a time. When you replace a machine, deactivate the license in the customer portal on the old one and activate it on the new one.What happens when I get stuck?
This license does not include phone or email support or scheduled training. The written SiteWorx/OS documentation on vertigraph.com stays open to everyone. If you want someone to call, buy the standard license. It comes with a year of Full Serve.Will it keep working on future versions of Windows?
It runs on Windows 10 and Windows 11 today. This is a frozen build, so we make no promise about operating systems that do not exist yet. Standard license holders get every release we ship; permanent license holders get the 2026 build.Can I add Full Serve later, or trade up to the standard license?

No. One installed computer at a time. Teams that need a floating pool use Concurrent License Manager, which is a separate product with Full Serve bundled on every seat.Can I try it before I buy?
