Enter the code we give you
The support engineer reads you a short assist code over the phone. Type it into the box at the top of this page and hit Start session. No portal detour, no account to make. - 03
Run the one-time helper
DualMon hands you a tiny helper program. It runs once, connects the session with you still driving, and removes itself when you're done. - 04
End when you're unstuck
Close the helper window and the session ends. No persistent access, we can't reconnect without another code from you.
