Open the session URL
Go to assist.dualmon.com/Vertigraph. The page asks to download a tiny helper; it runs once and removes itself after the session. - 03
Enter the code we provide
The support engineer gives you a short code over the phone. You enter it and the session starts with you still driving. - 04
End when you're unstuck
Close the helper window and the session ends. No persistent access, we can't reconnect without another code from you.
