Open the session URL
Go to assist.dualmon.com/Vertigraph. The page asks to download a tiny helper; it runs once and removes itself after the session.

Enter the code we provide
The support engineer gives you a short code over the phone. You enter it and the session starts with you still driving.
04
End when you're unstuck
Close the helper window and the session ends. No persistent access, we can't reconnect without another code from you.
