New in BidScreen Cloud and Pursuit: Bring Your History With You, See Where You Win
Two weeks of shipping in BidScreen Cloud and Pursuit: import your past projects from CSV, Excel, or BuildingConnected, a new report that shows where you actually win, a Claude connector, a text assistant, and a long list of fixes.

Estimators don't switch tools because a demo looked good. They switch when the new tool respects the work they've already done. This release is about exactly that: getting your past bids in, learning from them, and running your day with less friction.
Here's what shipped in BidScreen Cloud and Pursuit over the last two weeks.
Import your past projects
Your bid history is your most valuable dataset, and until now it was stuck in spreadsheets. The new import wizard takes your CSV or Excel file and walks you through it: map your columns with a live preview of exactly how each value will land, let AI clean up the messy parts (every change shown as a diff you can revert, rule by rule), and review matched customers and win/loss reasons before anything is written. Dates in three formats? Addresses jammed into one column? It handles both, and anything it can't place comes back to you in a CSV instead of silently disappearing.
Connected to BuildingConnected
While it is still an experimental feature, we now have an integration with BuildingConnected. If your bid board lives in BuildingConnected, you can now bring it with you. Import your Bid Board history, keep new opportunities syncing automatically, and pull your bidder network in as vendors. You'll find it on the new Integrations tab.
See where you actually win
The new "Where you win" report mines your bid history by scope, project type, category, and size, and surfaces the combinations where your win rate is genuinely strong. It ranks by statistical confidence, not raw percentage, so going 2 for 2 on hospitals doesn't outrank going 40 for 60 on schools. Chase the work you're built to win.
Ask Claude about your bid board (Experimental)
Pursuit now connects to Claude via MCP connector. Once your admin enables the connector on the Integrations tab, you can ask questions in plain English: which bids are due this week, what's our history with this GC, draft a summary of the quarter. Every action respects your role permissions and lands in the audit log.

Text your bid board (Experimental)
The new Pursuit Text Assistant works over SMS. Driving back from a walkthrough and remembered something? Text it. Leave a note on a checklist item, mark it done, get your follow-up reminders by text. Opt in from your settings, opt out any time.

A smoother start
New accounts now get a setup wizard that walks through the things that make Pursuit useful on day one: connect your email, import your past projects, invite your team, set your quotas (including a company-wide goal), and tune your bid statuses and checklists. Already set something up? The wizard notices and checks it off.
They're called Bids now
You don't bid "projects," you bid bids. The app now says "Bids" everywhere: dashboard, create flow, emails, reports. Alongside that, bid numbering now supports your office's numbering scheme with a prefix and zero-padding, so 26-499 rolls over to 26-500 the way it should. And bid checklist items can now default their due dates off the bid's created date and auto-assign an owner, so every new bid starts with a real plan instead of a blank list.
A new plan: BidScreen Cloud Pro Intelligence
For teams leaning on AI-assisted takeoff, the new Pro Intelligence plan carries a bigger AI allowance sized for daily use.
Fixes worth knowing about
- Outlook email sync was silently missing some replies in tracked threads. Fixed, and existing threads reconciled.
- Due-date countdowns ran one day early in some timezones. Fixed.
- The "Our Role" dropdown on bid details never saved. It does now.
- Typing a customer name without clicking the suggestion silently dropped it when creating a bid. It saves now.
- Page headers no longer flash loading skeletons every time you switch pages.
- Need a hand? The feedback widget now includes a remote support option, so our team can see your screen when you want us to. It opens in a new tab and only when you start it.

That's two weeks. If something here would change how your team bids, start a trial at https://App.vertigraph.com and try it. And if something's still rough, use that feedback widget. We read every one.
