What is the Pan Window for?

Pan Window shows the entire drawing in miniature with a blue rectangle indicating what’s currently visible in the main drawing view. Drag the blue rectangle around to pan the main view. The zoom track bar at the bottom of the Pan Window controls zoom in the main view.
