# Vertigraph

> Construction takeoff and estimating software for commercial contractors. BidScreen XL puts quantity takeoff inside Microsoft Excel. SiteWorx/OS models cut and fill from PDF drawings. Drawing Compare highlights revisions between plan sets.

Vertigraph, Inc. is a Dallas, Texas software company founded in 1979. Our customers are commercial construction estimators and general/sub contractors across the United States who do quantity takeoff (measuring material and labor from drawings) and assemble bids for competitive construction work. Licensing is perpetual purchase or annual lease, with optional Full_Serve maintenance for updates and support. The Concurrent License Manager (CLM) lets estimating teams float a shared license pool across users.
