Vertigraph, Inc. has renewed its Value Added Bundle Agreement with
Adobe System Incorporated and Adobe Systems Software Ireland Limited
whereby Vertigraph, Inc. will bundle its BidScreen XL and SiteWorx/OS
software with the latest Adobe Acrobat X Standard.

Most competing electronic takeoff software applications either automatically
force a conversion of the native file into their propriety format, thus making
